Talent Acquisition Manager

Full time, permanent

The Talent Acquisition Manager is a standalone position that will lead on BeyondAutism’s recruitment strategy and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. They will work closely with our leadership teams to pro-actively source the best talent within the UK and globally. The post-holder will work with the Head of HR to optimise BeyondAutism’s recruitment processes, identifying and implementing recruitment interventions that will support attraction.

The Talent Acquisition Manager will manage our portfolio of external staffing agencies and be the subject matter expert and lead on all Right-to-Work and Safer Recruitment compliance activities. For a full description of the role download the recruitment pack.

Salary: £37,150 - £38,710
