Behaviour Analyst Sixth Form

Full-time, permanent

This is an exciting opportunity to provide excellent Behaviour Analysis instruction and training to Teaching and Learning Practitioners and to deliver the provision’s curriculum, and contribute to the development of other practitioners, pupils and service policies and strategies. To provide support for learners, colleagues and the service in order to raise standards of achievement for all pupils. You will utilise advanced levels of knowledge and skills when assisting with planning, monitoring, assessing and managing cohorts, and encourage pupils to become independent learners, to provide support for their welfare, and to support the inclusion of pupils in all aspects of adult life.

  • We’re looking for dedicated, enthusiastic and motivated individuals who share our mission of empowering autistic children 
  • You will be a strong team player with great communication skills, have the ability to work under pressure, and above all be passionate and committed to the development of the children within the school 
  • You will need to be willing to learn and work in close collaboration with our Therapists, Behaviour Analysts and Qualified Teachers

Salary: £33,950 - £37,388, dependent on qualifications and experience

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
