Tracie Linehan, CEO, speaks to The Putney Rotary Club

13th February 2018

Yesterday our CEO, Tracie Linehan, visited the Putney Rotary Club to speak to the group about BeyondAutism. The discussion was based around the opportunities to offer meaningful employment to young people with complex autism, underpinned by choice, control and dignity. She spoke about the community within a one mile squared radius of our schools having an increased understanding of autism through our young people having a greater presence in the local area. This then feeds to each learner in Post-19 building their community presence and relationships around where they live.

We are very grateful to the Putney Rotary Club who have recently awarded BeyondAutism a generous grant towards the purchase of two 3-in-1 Revolver games tables, one for each BeyondAutism School. The tables will provide a number of learning opportunities for our pupils from mathematical skills to building peer relationships.
