10th October 2016
Last Sunday we had eight runners take part in the Royal Parks Half Marathon in aid of the Tram House Appeal. The runners, including two members of teaching staff, braved the chilly Autumnal Sunday morning and all ran fantastically well. There were some quick times and some massive smiles as they completed the challenge with the sun beaming down.
The team were supported the whole way by the cheering squad who tried to find the best vantage points throughout the race. Armed with signs and noise-makers they cheered, clapped and shouted the runners around the course.
The runners have so far raised an amazing £6,800 with all proceeds going towards the Tram House Appeal and the creation of a new world-class school.
Huge congratulations to all who ran and thank you for all of your fundraising efforts. We can’t wait for next year!
