Heart4More Defibrillator Donation 24th February 2017 We are excited to announce that the Heart4More Foundation has kindly donated a defibrillator to Rainbow School. The Heart4More Foundation is a charity that was formed by CEO Tobi Alabi – a former professional footballer. Tobi suffered a cardiac arrest at the age of 19, and subsequently formed the Foundation which aims to get as many defibrillators into schools as possible. The foundation also provided comprehensive training for staff to be able to use the defibrillator safely and effectively. The foundation has some extremely dedicated supporters who are instrumental in providing the finance for them to be able to increase the amount of Automated External Defibrillator’s within schools. Winston Goode is the man responsible for the defibrillator at Rainbow School, and took part in the presentation ceremony. Currently, the Department of Education are quoting that only 6{fe6fad5dc2eafdba31e557eab768ce9bb0f25a2f729c6987bb928a8398355f96} of English schools have an AED on site; so we are very grateful to be one of the few.
