Real Life Options

Real Life Options is a support provider for adults with learning disabilities, mental health and other conditions that may require support; one of Sheffield’s framework providers and have contracts within the council as well as people who chose to fund our support through direct payments or their own finances. Real Life Options provides support to a range of people who may have conditions such as: learning disability; Mental Health; physical disability; behaviours that challenge; Autism/ASD; and substance abuse. Real Life Options offers support to help people live as independently as they can. All support packages have a bespoke support plan that is tailored to the individual needs of the client. Staff undertake full training and mentoring with all services they work in.
