MAIN are a registered charity that were set up in 2002. They work with adults, parents, carers and professionals. Their mission is to help local people living with a range of disabilities by giving them the skills they need to live an independent life, while having fun and making friends. Services offered include short breaks, respite, training, seminars and benefits advice.
