Choice Support

Choice Support is a national charity, formed in 1984, supporting people with autism, learning disabilities and mental health needs. They put you at the centre of everything they do, so you have the choice and control you need to live your life. You will be fully involved in planning support that feels right for you. They use a range of tools and approaches to support people. But they do understand that what may work for one person, may not work for you – everyone is different, after all.
