They have partnered with Daisy Chain and created an in-store personalised service, through which customers can contact their local stores and arrange for services such as: sensory packs; dimming of store lights; turning off in-store video screens; and a quieter store time. They also keep customers’ preferences on file so they can arrange for their preferred services when they next visit.
