Responsa Coaching coach neurodiverse persons in essential skills for the work place, social situations and personal relationships – supporting them to develop their self-confidence and self-belief. The focus is helping individuals to uncover their unique strengths and talents to thrive in daily life.
Their experience includes working with executive dysfunction, sensory processing differences (SPD/SPI) alexithymia, oppositional defiance (ODD), learning differences and social anxiety.
They also work as specialist mentor for students in higher education with autistic spectrum disorders –facilitating individuals to develop effective studying strategies whilst supporting them to reach their full academic potential.
