Fitness Fanatics is a learning disability and autism friendly fitness and healthy eating class held at Sheffield Mencap and Gateway. The children’s sessions (8-18) run on Thursday evenings from 5-6pm during term time, while adult sessions (18+) run on Thursday evenings from 6:30-7:30pm, at Norfolk Lodge from 6:30pm until 8pm. Both sessions are £3.00.
