Scope is a disability equality charity in England and Wales that provides practical information and emotional support when most needed, and aim to campaign relentlessly to create a fairer society. Scope’s helpline provides free, independent and impartial advice and support on issues that matter to disabled people and their families. They have information officers who answer questions and talk people through a wide range of topics connected with disability, including: benefits; finance; social care
work; equipment and assistive technology; and housing and home adaptations. Scope supports people with ADHD, anxiety, arthritis, autism, brain injuries, cerebral palsy, communication impairments, dementia, diabetes, Down’s syndrome, epilepsy, hearing impairments, learning disabilities, mental health issues, mobility issues, Multiple Sclerosis (MS), physical disabilities, and visual impairments.
