Tredington Primary School

Tredington Primary School is a small, rural school. The biggest influence on a child’s achievement in mainstream schools is the provision of Quality First Teaching in the classroom. Tredington Primary School prides itself on quality teaching of all pupils with tasks matched to the needs of pupils of all abilities. Class teachers plan activities matched to children’s needs within the curriculum followed. Pupils with SEND may engage in intervention programmes which are selected to meet the child’s area of need. The details of the provision will be in “My SMART Plan”. Intervention programmes are usually delivered by experienced and qualified teaching assistants and are monitored for effectiveness by the SENDCo.
