The Harbour School is a Community Special School which provides a specialist service
for children and young people with social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH)
or medical needs. It is a four site school offering SEMH Education, Health and Care
Plan placements and Alternative Provision places across the City of Portsmouth,
including outreach and individual tuition. The School is commissioned by The Local
Authority to provide SEN, Medical and Alternative Provision placements.
