Transform Supported Accommodation

Transform Supported Accommodation provides care and support in communal living where the tenants can make new friends and develop social skills by participation in group sessions such as cooking, film nights and takeaway nights. All of their services are located in a residential area, close to local amenities, leisure facilities and employment opportunities.

They provide a safe and homely environment, where tailored support is provided to help people live as independently as possible. They have a in house BPS accredited psychologist who offers 1:1 session with their service users for mental wellbeing.
