Appletrees is a short breaks service for children and young people aged 5-18 with a learning disability, Autism, sensory impairment, or a physical disability. The aim of the service is to provide short breaks for children and young people in a safe and stimulating environment, where they can meet new friends and have new experiences and opportunities, whilst allowing their families to have a well-earned break. They are a home away from home, furnished in a comfortable and homely manner. They encourage their young people to bring their favourite things from home to personalise their bedrooms.
