Lambeth’s Children & Young People’s Disability Register is a voluntary register of children and young people from birth to 18 years who live in Lambeth and have a disability or special educational need. Once you have registered, you will receive a Lambeth Liberty Card.

The Liberty Card is first and foremost used for recognition of a disability where it is not obvious, and it reduces the need for lengthy explanations when seeking assistance. This card is acknowledged and supported by many local and national attractions, companies and facilities who will offer queue jumps, carer goes free and some discounts to disabled children and young people and their carers.

To obtain an application form to join the Register please log onto Lambeth.gov.uk and search for the Local Offer. Information for the Register and other services available for families will be shown here. Alternatively, please contact timms@lambeth.gov.uk for more information/application form.

The primary route for this service is to issue a digital card. If there is a valid exception/reason as to why this is not acceptable and a physical card is needed instead of, or as well as, the register coordinator can be contacted on 0207 926 9140.
