Chance UK – Explore and Empower programme

Theirour Explore & Empower programme provides 1:1 mentoring for children aged 5-11 years with behavioural challenges, alongside support for their parentcarers. Mentors and children meet weekly for 9 months and work in a solution-focused way on child-centered goals and projects. Parentcarers are supported with 1:1 contacts, group work, social groups, as well as access to their ‘A Space To Breathe’ parenting programme. Chance UK also offer group workshops, fun family activities, and specialist support topics for their families.
