Caring Together is a network partner of Carers Trust and has grown significantly over the past ten years, providing more services and more help for family carers and their families across Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and Norfolk. They help family carers through carers breaks, personal and social care, and groups for all ages. These include adult carers groups, parent carers groups, and young carers groups. Short breaks can be available. Care is available for children and young people who have complex needs, sensory needs, physical needs; Autistic Spectrum Disorders, life-limiting conditions and other needs. They offer 1:1 support in the home and community including: outings; accessing community facilities; promoting independence; personal care; and specialist tasks.
