Our Outreach service in Greenwich supports young adults, adults and elderly individuals with learning difficulties, autism spectrum conditions, complex needs and profound and multiple learning disabilities. Support is provided throughout the Greenwich area, in the person’s family home, own home and in the community. People are supported to live as independently as possible, and can choose the level of support they require from 1 to 24 hours a day.
