Certitude

Certitude is a charity which supports people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs to lead more independent lives. They provide a wide and varied range of services in Wandsworth. These include floating community support, travel buddy support, individual budget services and a My Breaks service which offers holidays, activities and outings for people with SEND, allowing their unpaid carers to have a break.
